D’s typical outfit:

  • Button down shirt, some shade of blue, probably striped
  • A pair of dockers in khaki, black or tan
  • Socks
  • Underwear
  • Black or brown shoes

D’s morning routine:

  • Shave
  • Brush teeth
  • Shower
  • Deodorant
  • Dress (as above)

Total time maybe 45 minutes. Never any articles of clothing left on the bed and no real need to double check.

Typical outfit now:

  • Top or sweater
  • Skirt or Trousers or a dress
  • Underwear and bra
  • Camisole depending on the top
  • Tights or pantihose if I’m wearing a dress, otherwise socks – usually knee hi’s
  • Blazer or cardigan
  • Riding boots, booties, pumps, sandals or flats
  • Earrings
  • Necklace sometimes
  • Scarf sometimes

Morning routine:

  • Unfortunately still need to shave my invisible beard (probably another 4 – 6 months)
  • Brush teeth
  • Shower
  • Deodorant
  • Underwear and pick out clothing
  • Put on clothing and check
  • Possibly repeat if the outfit won’t do
  • Pick out earrings
  • Makeup (usually mascara, blush, some highlighter, sometimes eyeliner, brow pencil, lipstick after breakfast)
  • Pick out shoes
  • Double check in the mirror

Minimum an extra 20 minutes more, around 70 minutes and that after two years full time doing this every day.
